Warranty

All our products are covered by a standard warranty provided by the manufacturers for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects and does not apply to cases of premature tire wear, punctures, bursts, or defects caused by improper use of the products.

Warranty Procedure

1 – Notify our staff of any defective product for which you are requesting warranty assistance by sending an email to assistenza@egommerce.it, specifying the following information:

• Order number
• Date of purchase
• Full name (as provided during the purchase process)
• Quantity and description of the products considered defective
• Description of the defect
• Request for replacement or refund

2 – Our staff will verify the warranty coverage of the indicated products and will contact the customer to provide the shipping address for the allegedly defective products.

3 – The merchandise considered defective and covered by the warranty must be shipped by the customer to the indicated address, where it will be examined by our technician or the manufacturer to determine any product defects.

4 – If the defect is confirmed by the technical examination, the warranty will be executed. In this case, the shipping expenses and the value of the product itself will be refunded proportionally to the product’s wear and tear. Compliance with warranty obligations is governed by Legislative Decree No. 24 of February 2, 2002. It is essential to keep the fiscal documents proving the purchase of the tires.
